Written over the course of five years, LOST BOY is Jake Zimkiewicz's most personal and introspective work to date. It documents the quiet aftermath of change like the moments when grief settles into acceptance, joy arrives unexpectedly, and the person you become is almost unrecognizable from the one who began the journey. Rather than chasing a single sound, the album embraces contradiction, moving effortlessly between feral celebration, quiet devastation, simmering fury, and hard-earned peace.

At its core, LOST BOY is an alternative indie pop record, but its influences stretch far beyond a single genre. Echoes of '80s synth-pop shimmer alongside intimate indie folk and the slow-burning of slowcore, allowing each song to inhabit its own emotional landscape while remaining part of a cohesive whole. The result is an album that feels as expansive as it's sound, constantly shifting, yet unmistakably connected.

Lyrically, Jake draws from deeply personal experiences with an unflinching honesty. The songs explore love, loss, identity, faith, longing, and the strange beauty of surviving long enough to see yourself in a different light.
